Residential and commercial
Most of our work is residential: ADUs, SB9 projects, additions, remodels and new homes. We've also supported commercial and mixed-use projects, including restaurants, hospitality spaces and multifamily housing.

Can you take over a permit someone else started?
Yes. We regularly step in on projects that have stalled in plan check, review where they stand, and work through the outstanding items.
Do you only work with the City of Los Angeles?
No. Most of our work is with LADBS, but we also work with other building departments across the Greater Los Angeles area.
