O&M Design brings over two decades of experience in architectural design, structural plans and permit expediting to homeowners, builders and investors across Los Angeles.
From first sketch to final inspection
We design ground-up homes, SB9 projects, ADUs, additions and remodels, and we stay with each project through plan check, agency clearances, permit issuance and inspections.
Approval processes in Los Angeles are complex and keep changing. We work closely with city departments to stay current, so the guidance we give you is accurate and up to date.
Beyond residential
Our team has also contributed to commercial and mixed-use developments, including restaurants, hospitality spaces and multifamily housing.
